Use the Entries page to choose a category and job, review VAT against the invoice, and Apply & process. There is no separate job-saving step.
Remember a matching supplier's category or job for next time. Review the suggested job when the supplier also works on another site.
Import bank and PayPal CSV files. Check supplier payments together, review duplicates and deal with repeated descriptions without retyping the statement.
Review project figures and current profit and loss. Balance sheet help gives tools, assets, amounts owed and loans a place in the year-end picture.
Upload the bank CSV and find the supplier payment on the Entries page.
Select Materials and direct costs, choose 3 Alp St and check the invoice's VAT treatment.
